4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals
If you purchase a product on a subscription basis, your subscription will automatically renew at the interval stated at the time of purchase (e.g., every 30 days), and your payment method will be charged accordingly until you cancel.

5. Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered products will be charged at the time of purchase and shipped once inventory becomes available. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
6. Shipping and Fulfillment
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Standard delivery ranges from 6–10 business days, depending on the destination.
International Orders: We ship worldwide. However, you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local import regulations. We are not liable for any customs delays, taxes, or duties incurred.
7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused or lightly used and returned at the customer’s expense.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@trypeptoil.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
