RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Peptoil, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 90-day return period from the date your order is delivered. If 90 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition or lightly used.

Returns must include the original packaging, if available.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Products returned beyond the 90-day window
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our team at info@trypeptoil.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will provide instructions for mailing the product back.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@trypeptoil.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
